超薄基岩浅埋煤层过沟谷开采设计探讨

Discussion on crossing ditch mining design of ultra thin bedrock shallow buried coal seam mining

摘要: 为了解决超薄基岩浅埋煤层过沟谷开采问题,以神府矿区杨伙盘煤矿30108、30110工作面过沟谷开采方案设计为例,论述过沟谷开采的必要性和可行性,结合周边类似矿井的开采情况,提出了三个可行的过沟谷开采方案。并从安全、技术、经济方面进行比选,得出“沟内覆土+井下铺设柔性网+均压通风”是符合杨伙盘煤矿的有效方案,为同类矿井开采提供了新的解决途径。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of over furrow mining in shallow seam with ultra thin bedrock, the paper takes the design of crossing ditch mining plan for 30108 and 30110 working face of Yanghuopan coal mine in Shenfu mining area as an example. taking 30108 and 30110 working face of Yanghuopan coal mine in Shenfu mining area crossing ditch mining design as an example, discussed the necessity and feasibility of crossing ditch mining, combined with research surrounding similar coal mine, put forward three feasible crossing ditch mining scheme. From the security, technical and economic aspects of the programme to be selected, Scheme that taking measures of covering soil in ditch,Paving flexible network in working face and Pressuring ventilation is an effective scheme of Yanghuopan coal mine, and provides a new solution for the similar mine.
